Chocolate Mousse

Make this mousse with the best quality chocolate and farm fresh cream for a decadent experience. It's crunchy, velvety and sinfully rich.    

 

Ingredients:

250g milk chocolate

200g farm fresh cream

50g toffee brittle sprinkles

 

Method:

1) Gently melt the milk chocolate with half the cream in a microwave glass bowl on medium-high, stirring every 20 seconds, for 1 minute or until smooth. 

2) Whip the remaining cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.

3) Spoon into 4 serving small glasses or approximately 3 small jam jars and chill for at least 60 mins or until set. When ready to serve, top with toffee brittle sprinkles.
