Sea Salt Toffee Brittle Milk Chocolate
We take our classic buttery Toffee Brittle and coat it in smooth Belgian milk chocolate on the top and bottom. Then we sprinkle on Achill Island Sea Salt creating a sweet treat with a hint of salt. This version is slightly sweeter than the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt. Blas na hÉireann Gold Winner.

Hazelnut Toffee Brittle
Our buttery Toffee Brittle gets a crunchy, nutty addition of roasted hazelnuts. We coat the hazelnut brittle top and bottom in smooth Belgian milk chocolate. Then we top it with Achill Island Sea Salt turning it into a nutty, salty, sweet treat.
Peppermint Toffee Brittle
We take our classic buttery Toffee Brittle, add pure peppermint oil to it, and coat it in smooth Belgian dark chocolate on the top and bottom. Creating a sweet treat with a hint of mint.
Easter Egg Shaped Toffee Brittle Chocolate Bar
Sweet, creamy and crunchy all in one bite. We take slabs of our classic buttery Toffee Brittle, crush it up into small pieces, and add spoonfuls of it to melted Belgian Milk chocolate for a deliciously rich and creamy milk chocolate bar experience. Break, share and enjoy.
Fresh Cream Salted Caramel Truffles
We start with a creamy salted caramel base, add farm-fresh cream, and Belgian milk chocolate, and finish with Achill Island Sea Salt for a deliciously rich melt-in-your-mouth truffle.
We've taken inspiration from Williams-Sonoma's iconic Peppermint Bark and put our own twist on it. We start with a bittersweet dark chocolate layer, cover it with a creamy sweet white Belgian chocolate layer, add a touch of Achill Island Sea Salt, then top it with a sprinkling of peppermint infused crushed candy canes. It's minty and moreish.
Just recently tasted Second Street Bakeshop's amazing brittle . . . it was a crunchy, chewy, lip licking delight. Brought it with us on a gourmet picnic and it was the scene stealer.
