Ways to eat Brittle

Since brittle is a candy that's actually brittle, in that it breaks when you bite it, rather than a hard candy that must be sucked like a lollipop or toffee, it makes it very adaptable to other uses.

Break the nut brittle into pieces and mix into vanilla ice cream for a toffee crunch experience or make an ice cream sandwich between two cookies and roll the ice cream part in crunched up pieces of brittle for a mouthwatering experience.
